What carrier do you use for shipping?

All shipments are made through United States Postal Service (USPS). Standard shipping is First Class Mail.  Priority Shipping (2-3 day) is also offered. Priority mail orders made before 12pm Monday - Friday will ship that day, otherwise they will ship on the next business day.  

What are your shipping costs?

Domestic Shipping
$4.99 for standard

$10 for Priority

International Shipping
$25 for orders under $250 (not tracked)
Free for orders over $250 (not tracked)
$50 DHL with tracking offered for any International Shipment*

*Please note additional charges might exist if shipping to a remote location. 

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship anywhere! Standard USPS without tracking (First Class Mail) is offered for international shipments with price based on weight.  We also offer DHL shipping (which includes door to door tracking) for international shipments. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Since we are in the wonderful state of Delaware, there is NO sales tax on any order!!

What is your return policy?

All Sales from this website are final. 

What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday: 01am – 5pm.

How do I contact you if I have a problem with my order?

You can e-mail us at any time at info@bloomingboutiquebeads.com or by phone at 302-296-6360.  We strive to respond to you within 24 hours Monday-Friday.  Inquiries made on the weekend will be responded to on the next business day.  

How quickly do you ship orders?

We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of your order being place and often we ship same day.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number once your package has shipped.  For International shipments, the customs number will be provided which will track the package until it leaves the United States.  If shipping DHL International, a tracking number will be provided.
